If Danny does go this week i think we should use this opportunity to reward the hard work and development of one of our top youngsters. Now I'm not comparing this situation to the one that saw Tompkins rise to fame, but when Kear closes a door he opens a window.

It might give Cain Southernwood a chance to see what he can do at this stage in his development.

If Brough is going, I guess it depends what we get in return before I predict the side.

Ideally i would have wanted to wait another few months before introducing Cain to regular SL, however nothing ventured, nothing gained. I'm sure he will have the right mind frame by now, the rest can be coached. Have him working under Ben's tuition for the rest of the season, then pair him with Brett Finch in 2011.
