TBH I think he looked pretty happy with the first half (other than Brough's moment of stupidity) - after such a big defeat it was always going to be a nervous start, and the players were certainly second-guessing every decision (or just not thinking on the odd occasion). So, that under our belts I can see how Kear would be happy, as 18-6 isn't unassailable as a half-time lead. Expecially after a talk from King Kear!

The only worry was Brough's sin bin - and he couldn't blame the rest of the team for that, just tell them to make up for it. Which they did

Great attitude by you guys in the second half. Reasonable deficit and a man down, but you came out fighting. On our part its unforgivable to conceded the lead in ten minutes and a man to the good, but thats what happens if you come out thinking its already won.

Also we always seem to bring the best out of Sam Obst. Any idea when his contract's up?
