I think chapster has a case of "I'm alright Jack". I use the library and every time I go in the computers are always full and the place is busy. It is between Flanshaw and Lupset, so serving two big estates. Not everybody is mobile enough or can even afford bus fares every day to travel further afield. I for one think it is a great shame for the local community and the people I have spoke to in the area are gutted.
