we shud do all we can 2 keep him at the club so cain southernwood matty wildie and tom henderson can learn off the man as they r not ready 2 step up 2 super league as of yet. i believe in 18 months to 2 years one of these talented youngsters wil b ready 2 make the step up. if db leaves we wil not get a gud enuff replacement who has an all round game as db has. for the sake of an extra few quid we shud make the effort.

I thought DB owed JK a great deal in the sense that if it wasnt for JK the likeleyhood of Dannyboy being a top SL player would have been remote. Shame really but thats how it goes, some people have selective memories. Before everyone starts jumping up and down saying "its a short career and players need to get what they can" etc etc - my sense of the situation is that DB would be on the best money he has ever earned in his career and the new deal improves what is already a very good financial position.
