| the problem is adults dont want to ref because they get so much crap off parents/adults.maybe its just time people showed respect to whoever the ref is.its not an easy job know matter how old you are!

| Agree with the sentiment, trouble is that even at under 8 and 9's parents give the ref stick for decisions they make. Like you said before, ref's have to learn the game aswell, but some people don't want to give them the opportunity.

| I think being a ref seems far easier then it actually is & i commend anyone for doing it especially at junior level.
It must be really difficult for a coach to ref, they have to be impartial, but often lean towards the visiting team a little.
What i would like to see is us playing to the same rules every week.
Sometimes we play handover if a player goes into touch, some see it as a tackle, some penalize for high tackles, some don't.

| sad to say that we haven't got a game to play this weekend because Methley under 12s have folded  it was local derby that they was always up for, I hope the lads move on to another club rather than sit at home on the xbox 360
our next match is a week on sunday against selby warriors in the cup so if anybody got some info

| any one know what the game was on bywell fields near shaw cross his aft, i was walking a friends dogs and just came accross it, great game and some bloody big forwards! so dogs got a 80 minute walk!
think away team sounded a touch welsh???? and they one on the golden point!
