Thought the material was very professional and well presented, to the standard you would expect nowaday and definitely a big improvement on previous efforts.

Is the same information going to be sent out to anybody other than season ticket holders?
Being a season ticket holder who renewed last weekend it was a bit too late, not that it made a difference! - I know it was difficult for the letter to be completed before the end of the season, but I got it on the original final date to get season tickets at the discounted loyalty rate.
