I don't know if I'm thinking of the right one, but there was one where an high tackle was given, but it was clear in the replay that the initial impact was at the chest...could have been that one.

When played at full speed it looked like Newton lost it, slowed down it appears he got the finger tips to it before the lost ball hit the ground. Had he not been so low to the ground he would've lost the ball before his finger tips brushed the it.
