I agree three years is quite a long deal. Should have offered a one year deal with option of a further year if he plays well.

I love the way the posters on here seem to know the team dynamics better than the best coach we have had since Toppo. For heavens sake if Kear feels he is worth it then surely we should respect his decision, I think he has earned that much?

I agree with Vasty there. We all know he has the ability, and he can kick 40-20s. However, he has not played along side Broughy, he will not be the premier kicker, and who knows what JK can do with his game.
Should we not all give this new arrangement a chance before binning it.

Just not consistant has the ability we all know, and does not take the line on goes missing and his defence is questionable...and he has taken our last quota place up.
