I never said they couldn't, I was pointing out that Moores nomination had very little to do with RL form etc and far more to do with his incredibly quick return to playing. In fact many doubted he would play again. Who you vote for is up to you but the reasons for the nomination seemed to be missed by some.

Well it's all about opinion and although I get your point I don't agree. To base it purely on your criteria is wrong for me. Also I don't see what is so special about the other lads achievement, it's fairly common in RL. But hey.

"Professional" award. Tricky one. Playing a physically demanding game when seriously ill. Shows determination and professionalism. Being dropped for hitting a team mate. Unprofessional.

Would be good local publicity for the club though, so would get my vote (not in Wakefield anymore, so haven't seen other candidates).

Doing whatever he did (because unless you're in the loop, no-one has ever said) = 'villain'

I dare say had Moore gone to Wigan, the usual muppets would come along telling us how bad a player he was for daring to leave the club and want to play elsewhere.
