you do not know for sure we will have to pay either player it is mere speculation. i am not a legal boffin so will not pretend to know the ins and outs of their deals and what financial implication may be applicable to the nulifying of their contracts. i'm sure cas we feel they have sufficient grounds to terminate the deals. even if we do pay them off it will not be anywhere near the full contract and who would take them - aging quota players salford, celtic maybe barrow?

as for mcgoldrick apparantly there were heated discussions at BoD level on sunday pre-game at wakey about his signature. some want too happy he has signed to say the lease!!

That is your problem!!! If someone offer a similar deal then you will most likely be fine! If not, then l feel a court case looming, and one that you are most likely to lose if the rumours are correct (appreciate that they may not be!). IF they have signed contract, and the mistake is from Cas, then you will be stuck........in a court of law they would win, and the cost would be for the full contract!!!!
