neggy and turfed out, i agree with both sides of the argument. yes the body is better without smoking and drink but also these players were signed while they smoked and drank. if somebody stopped smoking suddenly their game could be affected...ie anxiety etc (snowie after your comments you would agree)..also the same with having a beer..it can relax you after a tough time...no beer = stressed eric = tension = drop in performance maybe..arguments both ways.

I also sit with my work mates and have a bit of passive smoke now and again and that tends to smell nice when they are smoking, bit later
