I have a friend that called today from methley, and passing the the area where the new ground is to be erected he noticed that there is a new sign up saying newmarket redevelopment icon_wink.gif has anybody else noticed it

I suspect it was less to do with trade and more to do with a good offere for the land.

its only a mile walk from my house and there no more 20 houses or so
