Great news - I assume the location is down to Ted owning/having an interest in the land?
Couple of potential issues:
Anyone know the planning status of the land?
It will need alot of parking - well away from people with the exception of the Stanley locals.
I have a friend that called today from methley, and passing the the area where the new ground is to be erected he noticed that there is a new sign up saying newmarket redevelopment has anybody else noticed it
