This was listed a few weeks ago....I collect Wakey stuff, so search eBay quite a lot - originally it was listed for £2.99, but I imagine there were quite a few people watching it (like it or not, for collectors, any programme from a postponed game is fairly 'rare') and the seller put the price up to £4.99. And it sold, too, though not to me - it's not worth that much to me.
There are obviously a few of these around. I'm not going to criticise the seller or say he should donate money to charity, it's his to sell and do with what he wants - however much in bad taste you may feel it is.
