| For me it was the midweek match, henry paul beating about 6 men on a amazing run to the try line, also same match andy wilson going the lengh of the patch, it was at central park and we won, awesome night
second is the first game of this season, bad weather, high emotions and JD pointing the name on the back of his shirt at the end
third is michael jackson and that try against them at home, i think andy mason went the full lengh that day as well

| Quote: TRB "Still managed to rack up 70 points though!
One of the later tries in that massacre was scored (I think) by Gregory who, seeing the Trinity full back in the line, chipped over the top and followed the ball through. The full back turned to chase the ball but lost sight of it. When it came down it hit him at the back of the head and bounced back to Gregory who strolled over to score. It was the final insult in a totally humiliating afternoon.

| Quote: GET EM ON SIDE REF "For me its got to be the 1988 game our 2nd game back in the old first division a great match against a star studded Wigan team and a 25 20 win
Trinity had the likes of Mark Graham Steve Ella John Glancy in the team and a young fullback called Julian Russell who scored a great try
At one point Trinity led 17 0 Wigan came back to 17 16 but we never lost the lead.
In the stand we had Michael Parkinson and Adam Faith'" was this the same game that Phil Eden ran for the try line and pulled his hamstring but still made it over the line just

| Bump!
While everyone is in a good mood - please help.
I have one article to put together tomorrow - for the LEAGUE game, and one in 2 weeks for the CUP game. It would be nice if we had enough material for each.
Cheers,
Phil - from Happy Central!

| Has to be the win at Central Park which has been mentioned a few times already. The Andy Wilson try which was started by Henry Paul in his own in goal area is one of the best I've ever seen. Those last five minutes felt like about an hour.
Even going back to the car and seeing a smashed window and no radio couldn't take away the delight of a stunning win. I bought me Dad that radio aswell and had saved up for ages and bought him it for Christmas, like I say though the win was far more important at the time.

| Quote: Jason "Just been viewing 89 90 season highlights video. Both controversial games within a few months of each other. First cup game on telly Feb 90. It was on Grandstand and a buy your ticket in advance
game was made all ticket and I remember going into the old shop at the back of the superbowl and the police were in there ensuring that tickets were only given to those who had purchased them....the staff in the shop were giving them out to everyone!! Unfortunately I didnt get one and managed to get in at half time when the large Doncaster Rd gates were opened.
