On the last paragraph of the attached link on the wildcats site it states that the club will be updating supporters with the current injury situation on Friday.

| Quote Ossett Cat="Ossett Cat"interesting artice ion rugby League world where JK was commenting a potential England team of the future and he put Scott Grix at 6.
Its an intersting poser for JK as last year IMO the half back pairing were never really resolved. Wouldn't be surprised to see Grix and Brough at 6 and 7. Drew has been great at hooker with Obst and Latu vying for the hooker role off the bench. Possible to put Latu at 13.'"
I definitely see Grix as a future S/O however Martin appears such a natural at the moment that I wouldn't change a thing. Grix simply hasn't got the craft at the moment that Martin has. I realise that to gain this he needs the time to develop but time is on his side. Personally I haven't seen such creativity as Martin offers for a long time and I'm in no hurry to lose it. Sorry Grixy but you will have to wait.

| How has Blaymire been doing so far this year, i would assume with a fully fit team Blaymire and Grix could well be in direct competition with each other for the number 1 shirt.
I personally have always liked Latu in the backrow, normally at loose, can cause defences all kinds of trouble, including his own to be fair at times.
Top of my head i would go with.
13.Latu
9.Drew
7.Brough
6.Matin/Grix (agree with Vastman from what i have seen Martin has been pretty impressive thus far)
1.Blaymire/Grix
Bench. Obst (cracking player)
Trinity do have strength in depth in the halves, the only concern is that shifting them around too much throughout the season could well disrupt the team, the sooner you get them all back and a settled combination on the field the better it will be, even if that combination does have the odd back game, although the teptation would be to change it, i think unless the performances were consistantly poor it would be dangerous to change.

| if obst is fit he should start every game imo. Latu on the bench.
Probably obst/brough, with Drew at hooker, Latu to come on.

IMHO Peterson is Blaymire competition at F/B. Grix for me isn't a F/B but only for the crucial reason that he can't as yet take the high/bouncing ball with confidence. Blaymire has his fumble but is far more assured. Both need to improve there cover tackling to compete with the best in the game.

For me Obst isn't a playmaker more a game breaker. He has to be in the 17 but could cover a multitude of role, I think he's have a go at propping given the chance. It's more a case of who is first choice hooker Drew or Latu and at the moment Latu better see if he can plat 13

| Latu is the gamebreaker - not Obst. Even Drew is more of a gamebreaker than Obst.
Obst improves our defence and is why i would start with him; and he can do it for 80 minutes.
