Quote upthecats="upthecats"But Brough and Miller were the halves when we won 6 out of our first 10 putting us there...
Rocky and Reynolds played 4 games together...2 wins...26-24 at home to Leeds and 26-25 away at Huddersfeild...and two defeats 28-26 away at Cas and 30-14 away at Hull so they hardly set the world alight?
If you look back through the season and our 6 best performances in terms of points scored and margin of victory...
Hull KR (a) - Won 38-10
Hudds (h) - Won 36-10
Hull (a) - Won 32-12
Leeds (a) Won 35-18
Salford (h) Won 33-22
Wigan (h) Won 30-20
Brough and Miller were the halves in those games...which only goes to prove...they CAN play well together when the whole team does.'"
Yep, agree with all that. I know he'll never be everyones' cup of tea, but I was more than happy with Brough and pleasantly surprised with how he was playing until he got injured.......which leads me onto, how many of these players have looked anywhere near back to their best since they have returned from injury??? Tupou and Ashurst injured again, maybe unlucky I guess, but I think a complete overhaul of conditioning & possibly rehab needs looking at in the off season
