So, much as this thread irritates me too, it doesn't actually on it's own contravene the AUP.
He hasn't exactly swayed from his criticism of Crowther in the past so I can't say it is not his honest view and he is entitled to his opinion.

For those that reply, 1) put him on ignore, it will make all our lives easier and 2) prove him wrong rather than call him names that will get you in to trouble because that often does contravene the AUP. (AUP can be found in the Help menu at the top of the page)

Saying that, if another thread targeting this particular player is created, without any actual evidence to support the post I will treat is as contravening AUP section 3.2
i. Containing spam
n. Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person
