On the question of crowds, what efforts have been made to attract people to attend matches?
In the past i recall under the Glover era TV adverts
And probably further back under ted "Diversity" dance group attracted a lot of people
Wakefields got talent competition in cats bar after home games.
Ladies day , where i think women got free entry ?
Do we still have the trailers on roadsides any more?
Even in the club shop (the last time i was in) had nothing visible to show when the next match was.
I know money is tight and things like TV advertising is out of the question but there are some things which can be done very cheaply.
Personall i think getting people to attend their first match is vital , then hopefully keep them coming back.
