I'm not sure how wide you've cast the net but have you checked out Lloret? Fly into Girona relatively cheap and hire a car for game day... It's a couple of hours drive up to Perpignan from there.

were driving down to spain for week then travling up to perpignan for the game

looked at cst site but managed to book 2 flights and all inclusive 4* hotel in lloret for less than the cost of 1.
