I have supported Wakefield Trinity since 1970 when my father 1st took me as a 7 yr old boy. Can you explain why i can't find any place on our on line store that my daughter could have bought me a home shirt with Toppo printed on the back for my birthday on the 4th March?( I assume you know who he was). I am shocked, frankly, to find out how pathetically inadequete this on line merchandising arm of our business is. I was kind os assuming Andrew Glover was a businessman with nouse. I can buy a Julian Rinaldi mug it seems, but not a shirt with Toppo on it. PATHETIC!!!. AND WE WAKEFIELD FANS ARE SICK OF FALSE DAWNS AND B BLOODY S FRANKLY. If Mr Glover cares to call me about this I would be interested to hear why I cannot buy a Wakefield shirt on line or why there were no home shirts in the apology for a shop at the end of the East stand against Hull KR or why the club shop is not open on match days. I travel from Beverley to watch Trinity. I enjoyed shopping in the store and bought something on most visits. Useless. I have no tolerance anymore of excuses. Get your acts together.

Shirts are out if stock but on order apparently, that's what my mate was told. That might explain the site not being up to date?
Personally i'd advise against buying them online anyway, the sizes are so random! They need to go back to advertising via chest size!

The club shop is open on match days, it has been moved next to Cats bar.

totally agree with you, i dont live in Wakefield and travelled to our home game with Hull KR with my boys early so i could call at shop in Ridings to get them all a home kit and a daddy cool for my baby but they didn't have either, so went to ground to see if i could get any joy there but nothing, i couldn't even find anywhere open to buy shirts, then queued 35 minutes for food for kids, not good, went home hoping to buy shirts online and get em posted out to me and all i can see is a picture of Korky and Howarth wearing last years shirt,

You cant get a name printed on your shirt.. it was at the old shop at belle vue but not the new one, I was told it was available in the ridings store went and there not sure where the machine is... Amateurish

Yeh they've already got my money from the shirt.. but that extra tenner plus peeing off a current customer who might not by the new shirt next year is not great.

I've been waiting a month now to get the name on.. already bought the voucher to do so, so I could have jacked it off but i've already paid for it and want to be able to use what I bought.

Good points. i sent a message to the club asking when the online shop was going to get up and running 2 weeks ago but no reply. I sent one last week re a package for the magic weekend as me and about 10 mates want to go and stay over but no reply as well (hull have sold their packages out for magic). I don't want to bad mouth the owner as imo we would be playing championship not super league without them but these things do make a big impression and lose money just like 2 home games without lights in the toilets.

Surely that has saved us money?

i have to say i not entirely sure why we shut the portacabin shop in favour of the little one, alot more room and products in portacabin shop , i think if there are alot of people wanting shop at ground that corner near cats bar will be awfully congested and wont be able to cope, plus you carnt get many products in that shop ,just my humble opinion tho

I thought initially that the new 'shop' was just for tickets with a few pieces of clothing in too but now i'm not so sure, is that it for purchases at the ground?
