If it is the same as last year it is 2 (thats two) up and 2 down, just like last season. The champions of championship 1, and the playoff winners go up, and the bottom 2 of the championship go down.

I don't think Peawapp has any friends andy, or much of a life. He is full of bitterness, and can only make his litltle self feel important by trying to annoy people.
I suppose it's better than being ignored by the world, which is probably his only other option.
