| From FB today:
"season tickets can now be collected. Please bring a passport sized photo so that the season ticket pass can be produced. Pricing is £120 for a full adult ticket"
Whilst this is disappointing, paying in two £60 goes has made it easier to swallow.

that's what i was told.
also, why announce on facebook when they have their own web site? i deleted my f/b account and have no intention of re-joining under any circumstances. likewise twitter.
Cougars should announce stuff via their web site and then people can link back from here or from facebook

| In the pass the RFL have funded the season ticket books but this season they are not, so the club are sticking with the passes even the junior season tickets are now passes because it is cheaper to produce, all junior season ticket holders can still grt into away games with there passes.

| That's just what I think mick w , I expected a lot more season tickets to be sold with a potential price like that ...... It really was a recession busting price in my opinion. Maybe the choice of payments could have been better , direct debit over 6 months maybe , all lessons to be learnt for next season me thinks !

| Quote Mick W.="Mick W."Well, that was a potentially good offer by the club brought to ruination by apathy, wasnt it?!'"
That and the fact that I've seen church fetes promoted better than that offer.
The amount of folk who only knew about that season ticket offer because I'd brought it to their attention was staggering.
In hard time when money is tight you have to get out there and sell your product to the public. I know resources are tight but it just appeared the club didn't do enough.

| We need to use some guerilla marketing, but time is always the limiting factor.

| A bit late for that offer now!
Maybe for next season though, plaster the shops of Keighley and surrounding areas with posters advertising the season ticket deal well in advance.
I'll do Silsden...

| It's not too late to do some kind of marketing as the proper season hasnt started yet. We need some original ideas like having the paw prints all the way to the ground. I'm guessing they're not around anymore. The aim is to increase support now, get more people to the occasional game, season tickets would be nice but any increase in attendance is a good thing.

| I think the club will have to be very careful with any offers they do this season to try and attract new fans to the game, As I for one who has had to shell out the full price for a season ticket will be pretty hacked off. Im all for the club getting new fans through the gates but I think the loyal season ticket holders need to be looked after as well. It makes me wonder why the majority of the new season ticket holders this season are not the same as last seasons ticket holders

| Definitely there should be no offers that end up exceeding the value of the season ticket offer. The priority should be creating more awareness of fixtures and the entertainment value to potential new supporters. If that means free tickets or small offers here or there then as a season ticket holder I want to see more supporters down and don't mind.
I got a season ticket both this year and last... I've never felt like last years ticket wasn't worth it or my loyalty was disregarded. I don't understand why anyone would stop supporting the club between last year and this year, other than tighter spending during these tough economic times. That aside the club is on the grow again, it is the time to continue or even increase support.
