Quote HalifaxCougar="HalifaxCougar"What stats do you need? '"
I would have thought the obvious stats would be Good Friday attendance for the last few years.
Quote HalifaxCougar="HalifaxCougar"Some on here were saying we will average around 500 this season but were over 900 already.... '"
We've played one match and you're quoting averages already

If you are going to repeat what others have said then you could at least qualify it - I believe the 500 quote was based on what we could expect if we continued to play badly. The attendance against York was boosted by the youth game and the naming of Terry's stand.
Quote HalifaxCougar="HalifaxCougar"2 Cougars fans missed the game, in life you can't please everyone all the time. '"
What evidence do you base this on? The couple of dozen that post on this site? You must use the same stats man a a politician who wants to "prove a point"
Quote HalifaxCougar="HalifaxCougar"You have to do whats best to make the most cash and pay the staff...'"
Without being rude, that's pretty obvious.
Quote HalifaxCougar="HalifaxCougar" if we had played at 7.30 infront of 650 who makes up the lost income?'"
Once again you are making assumptions that suit your argument, we might have played in front of 1200.
Without comparing previous attendance we are both guessing, even then we still don't really know. If the club has done its homework, and have chosen an afternoon kick off because they thought it would improve the crowd then that's all anyone can ask. I still personally prefer Friday night games and would normally have worked friday afternoon, but since I'm lucky enough to work when I choose I could move it. My wife was due to work but took holiday to make the match. We aren't the only ones.
At the end of the day I want the club to be successful, but through good judgement, not a whim.
