I think capacity is 5k now.
Not too much pub wise directly around the ground. As Rach has said there the Hall of Fame in the ground. Alternatively there's the cricket club next door which will no doubt open it's doors. Keighley Town Centre's only a 5-10 minute walk away from the ground.

| On 'Wikipidia it says that it is 7800 - but I would imagine that's before the stand capacity was reduced.
If it's true that Warrington have only been allocated 1400 tickets then from where are the remaining supporters going to come?
Wouldn't it be better to ask Warrington how many tickets they can sell and then, taking into account the potential sales in Keighley, allocate the remainder to Warrington?
It's not 'rocket science' and will avoid potential problems at the gates on the day.

I think the ground's capacity was reduced when the exits where the turnstyles are behind the scoreboard were blocked off by the used car dealership.

| Trying to sort the day off at work be nice to visit a new ground. 15pound is a bit pricey but can't blame you trying to make as much money as possibly. Glad they have got rid of the free 4th round entry( and 5th in juniors) in season tickets.

| With wire playing in France on Monday perhaps more will turn out on Sunday? Squad they are sending to France is:
Wolves Squad is:
18 Matty Blythe
3 Chris Bridge
6 Lee Briers
10 Garreth Carvell
17 Mike Cooper
33 Brad Dwyer
15 Simon Grix
14 Micky Higham
20 Chris Hill
1 Brett Hodgson
21 Tyrone McCarthy
5 Joel Monaghan
8 Adrian Morley
7 Richie Myler
24 Gareth O'Brien
2 Chris Riley
11 Trent Waterhouse
12 Ben Westwood
16 Paul Wood
Maybe they'll stay there? I hear perpignan is nice in April.
And yes I am coming, 15 quid isn't too bad I suppose. I'd drank a box of Asda Biere De Luxe when I started this thread. Still i'm sure my season ticket offered me an extra game, where's that gone? Bulls probably.

| They'll rest a few against us I would have thought.
I'd love to see Lee Briers and Adrian Morley play at Cougar Park though.

| Is the East Stand the away end, and is this behind the sticks? Also, does it have a roof?

The East Stand doesn't have a roof. There's no designated away end at Cougar Park. The ends behind the sticks are the North and South stands. The North has a roof, the South doesn't. On the whole fans stand at whichever end they're attacking and change ends at half time.

| Cougar Park (previously Lawkholme Lane) is the 'traditional sports-ground' with the rugby pitch backing onto the cricket pitch - just like Headingley (and Fartown used to be). As 'Stealth' commented, it's brilliant because you can, and most supporters do, change ends at half-time.
Hope that you bring a decent following to enjoy a great family-day out. The pies are excellent and their sales suport a worthy cause.

Thanks mate. Got my ticket from Wire and it states that we're in the East Stand.

| If I was Smith I'd go with the strongest possible squad. We need confidence from doing the basics right and the stuffing on Monday did us no favours.
It's going to be one of two things, a backlash which could resemble last years scoreline or be a contest for the majority if not the full game. If I were Keighley and JD, getting out the blocks like a house on fire would be your best bet. Keep the doubt in the Wire minds while it's still fresh from Monday. Complete your sets and defend well, you will get your fair share of ball.
So far we've sold just over 500 tickets so unless plenty more travel on the day it won't be the biggest following we've took to West Yorkshire this year.
In terms of the price, £15 I'm happy with and a perfectly reasonable price.
