would it at all be possible to introduce a half time order system, like is in place at many venues such as the alahmbra theatre..... order and pay for your drinks before the start and then all orders can be done ready for half time maybe.... or have a queing system like at doncaster works better and keeps staff flowing as not get loads of people screaming pint at them
