Very sad to hear this. Maybe if he moved to the Dewsbury area and became one of March's golden boys, or his Brother he might not get overlooked! Ben had done enough in the games I've seen to warrant a new deal. Someone else's gain I feel.

Hi all,please excuse any gaffes as this is my first attempt at a post.
'Kly style of play'? That which last season kept us up hanging by a thread, and this season has got us relegated. We would have been better off relegated last year which hopefully would have seen us bounce straight back up this year based on the players, and the spirit of Keighley support, that has seen us survive the last 30 rollercoaster years,but also see us rid of the biggest mistake in coaching terms since Frank Punchard.

| Was gutted to hear about buster the other day, but this morning I've come on here and learnt that Ben Stead is being released!!!!!
Unbelievable he was one for the future surely and by future I really mean our new present after being relagated and him having a real good crack at it in Champ 1 next year. It was ideally set up for him.
Hope he gets another club and proves the powers that be at the club wrong.

Really shocked to hear that Ben hasn't been offered a contract. Surely he will be snapped up by someone. Good luck to the lad - hope he comes back to Keighley at some point in the future.
