| Just to note as well this has been the first increase in bar prices for at least two years to my knowledge .. and I have an inkling that it if my ever failing memory serves me correct it will actually be getting on for nearly three years since the last major price hike,,,,

| And for those like me that drinks the rare the pint of lager the price is still cheaper than most pubs locally, obviously Wetherspoons is an exception.
I might set up a price comparison site called comparethebeertent.com

| Is there any chance of getting another till in the bar?
The reason I ask is that my old man tonight waited the whole half time break to get some drinks and he wasn't too impressed.
I would like to make this clear that is not a slur against the bar staff as they on the whole do a difficult job fantastically well. However, one thing that is noticable is that there's quite a bit of queuing by staff waiting to put their orders in to the 1 till and it's slowing customer service down a lot.
It was also clear talking to other people in the bar that some people wern't bothering to buy beer because of the time it was taking to be served.
I just think the club could be missing out on few quid that people want to spend that's all.

If that isn't affordable - have a right price queue thus requiring no change....

| i also spent half time in the queue, maybe we need a new till maybe an outside bar, the staff do a good job thats for sure. One things for sure if more people come to games the one bar wont be enough!

Fair points ( and eloquently phrased ) ... we actually used to have two tills downstairs in in dim n distant past and I'd have to agree it not only makes service quicker for you, the speccies ,but a damn site easier and less frustrating for the bar staff...

| would it at all be possible to introduce a half time order system, like is in place at many venues such as the alahmbra theatre..... order and pay for your drinks before the start and then all orders can be done ready for half time maybe.... or have a queing system like at doncaster works better and keeps staff flowing as not get loads of people screaming pint at them
