| Hi All,
When I bought my season ticket, i was told it was 10 league games, 2 NRC and 1 challenge cup game.
Bearing in mind we are away against Dudley Hill, and not forced to be at home the round after (Bit Presumptuous) Where do we stand on that game as part our our package?

| I was under the impression that Season Tickets couldn't be used in the Challenge Cup anymore?
However, I could be wrong on that.
I believe it was possible to use your season ticket to get the free ticket from the club to use for an away game.

| I was surprised that they were last season!
Despite being a Season Ticket-holder, I feel that it is a complete travesty for them to be valid for any Challenge Cup game. Look at last year as an exampleBIG BUT[/size, because of the number of Season Ticket-holders at Warrington (and any other Soooper-dooper League Club) it only benefits their supporters and denies C and C1 Clubs badly-needed funds.
I can only hope that this is the case (that they are not valid for any CC game this season) and that we can and will be victorious in more than one rond!

| Having had a quick look back on the Cougars website, the season ticket offer was definately marketed as 12 games. I make this 9 league games 2 NRC games and surely 1 challenge cup game.
If this is not the case what have Cougars based their 12 games on when they marketed this offer???

| Whilst I appreciate the fact that a plum draw in the challenge cup can give teams a much need income boost, the fact is that cougars have advertised a product on the basis of 12 games.
I may miss 3 or 4 games through other commitments, so there would have been less incentive for me to buy one if we were only offered 11 games.
I've emailed the club today and hope for a response from them. I understand it's the rfl rules that say everyone must pay, which is fine, but maybe the club could offer us the featherstone game instead.

| Cougar Dave - It's highly unlikely you will receive a response on here as this is a fans forum. It may be easier phoning the club or e-mailing Gary.

| Yes I would also like to know, I think this is a real 'own goal' from the club.
They surely should have checked with the RFL that Challenge Cup games could be included before they went public with their season ticket offer.

| No matter how many games there are, even at 11 ther's a decent saving - 11 x £14 = £154 compared with £120 paid!

| 666 your right.
CougarDave, whilst it is nice to save money these days isnt this about trying to help the club go forward.
At the end of last season if the club had said this is the team we can have if we sell a seson ticket for £120 but you have to pay for the first round of the challenge cup would this have stoped you buying a ticket.
Think as well if we draw another top Super League club in the next round there fans will have to pay to watch instead of the Fiasco last season when we made very little from the Warrington game.
Lets think about the club not ourselves.

| Mr Hicks your correct - everyone get behind the cougars - the cougars have even reduced the entry to £10 - applaud who's idea this is as will hopefully generate a bigger crowd on Sunday which is what we all want and after the performance on Sunday at Batley they could have charged double and we would have still been at Cougar Park cheering them on

| I think people are missing the point here, the club have charged £120 for the season ticket on the basis that it is valid for 12 games. This is now clearly not the case and the product has been mis-sold by the club.
If I went to a restaurant and ordered burger, chips and a drink I would be outraged if it came without the chips but the waitress told me I shouldn't complain because I was still getting good value for the burger and drink.

Don't think people are missing the point.
Yes, due to RFL rules you may have to pay £10 to get into a game.
But on the other hand, on round 3 the club and our opposition stand to make much needed cash. Should we secure passage through to round 4 then if we get the right Super league team, we stand to make a considerable few quid.
