Keighley Cougars will be putting tickets for their Carnegie Challenge Cup Fourth Round tie against engage Super League Club Castleford Tigers on Sunday, April 5 on sale from tomorrow.
Tickets will be available to season ticket holders, KC Club members and Life Members tomorrow (Tuesday, March 17) and Wednesday at CougarPark and members of the public will be able to buy theirs from Thursday. Tickets can be purchased from the office at CougarPark and it will be open from 9.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday, additionally the office will remain open until 7.00pm both tomorrow (Tuesday) and Thursday.
Ticket details are as follows: Adults £11. Concessions (Students and Senior Citizens only) £6. Under-16s £4.00. Junior season ticket holders for both clubs and Castleford Tigers season ticket holders will be able to use their voucher for this game.
Regrettably, neither KC Club Memberships nor ‘Passport to Leisure’ concessions are not available for this fixture.
Helen Carter, the Cougars’ General Manager, said: “This is one of the most exciting fixtures at CougarPark for quite some time and we expect the demand for tickets to be brisk. We advise Cougar fans to get their tickets early to avoid disappointment.
“Castleford Tigers kindly offered the Cougars the option of switching the tie to the Jungle to maximise attendance income, but we wanted to stay true to our loyal fans and give the town of Keighley the opportunity of a great day out at a top sporting occasion.
“We’re expecting quite a number of fans from Castleford to make trip to CougarPark which help generate a fantastic atmosphere”.
This Fourth Round Challenge Cup tie will kick off at 3.00pm.

| No room for the BEER TENT then i suppose ?
Anybody contacted JACKO for a Half time set seeing as hes desperate to get a GIG in UK.
What a sod we are in Egypt for this tie , just had no faith in making it through a Challenge Cup round ( JOKE lads ). Somebody give a cheer for our Simon he gets nowt these days hes a forgotten toiler and gets a bit down without family in the stands. .
See you all at Oldham , most of you will have noticed the scoring TIME line for their Blackpool match , what on earth was going on ?.

| Hi guys
Just to confirm the Castleford game and season ticket situation.
For all Championship clubs their season tickets are eligible for their 1st round which is round 3 (Pia).
Super League clubs - their season tickets are eligible for their 1st round which is round 4 (Cas).
All junior season tickets are for all clubs are eligible upto the semi's.
The reason for this is to increase crowd attendances during the earlier rounds plus the old days of having a big pay day when you get a top club have more or less gone.
Champiosnhip clubs do receive a compensation pay out for this.
Hope that makes sense and i hope to see you all down at Cougar Park this SUnday and against Castleford.
Thanks, Helen

| I remember my 1st game at Cougar park. The 1998 Cup game v Wigan. The place was packed. Helens right though, those days are dying, and this is a way to try and bring them back. You only have to have watched the tv games the last couple of years and seen the empty stands.

| It always amazes me why the clubs dont fill the side of the stadium that the camera is looking at. It makes it look like the popular sport it should be.

| Coming over by train, is there any "familly" pubs near the ground?
When I say familly I mean let kids in not the ones with ball pools and numbered tables!

are there any not is there any
There is a good family pub on the main roundabout with Bradford Road, HardIngs Road and Airevalley Road. It was busy the last time we went and that was without thousands of Cas fans. The park opposite is also good for a kickabout with the kids.

I remember Andy Farrell's pass out the back on the right wing in that game, led directly to a try, superb skill, we also signed a Wigan player on loan on the recommendation of John Monie, a second rower, Gerry ...
76-0 was the score. Gerry.. sufferd a knee injury in his first game for us, went back to Oz as a result, what on earth was his surname...(senior moment)
