If there was to be a bonus point system then I would have preferred a contested bonus point, that is, if the points diff is less than 12 then the losing side gets a bonus point, but if the difference is greater than say 24 then the winning side gets the bonus point.

The amount of people surveyed was the princely sum of
252 people over all three divisions ........
How many speccies average would there be roughly on any given weekend ?
20 - 25k ish say over the 3 leagues for arguments sake ????
The RFL Have 252 people surveyed....... you couldn't make it up could you ?
Take away bonus points from last season and the only change in positions is Whitehaven finish above Batley & Whitehaven by 1 Point !! North Wales would be 10 Points worse off but still finish in the same position.
