The last web site had a very poor history of KRLFC/Cougars. I hope the new site will be better ........... for the moment consider cutting and pasting from Wiki (its in the public domain) until more time is available or even post the link.

I can assure you that we are currently in the process of developing a history page which should (hopefully) cover all angles of Cougars history.
We are also currently in the process of completing the player profiles, we are just waiting on some completed forms by the lads for a Q&A section on the profiles.

The history on there is not strictly in the 'public domain'.
It was cut and pasted from my old Keighley Rugby history site , the main basis of which came from an unpublished history of the club that was written and researched by John Pitchforth , John Dovestone, David Kirkley and the late Eric Lund .
David very kindly allowed me permission to use this material on my site and all the authors were fully credited and thanked for their contribution.
Whilst I can appreciate that the club is seeking to expand the website just 'cutting and pasting ' from other sites without reference to its original source/ author is highly unacceptable ....

Personally, I also think it would be better to have the final Column of the fixtures/results table as "Attendance" instead of "match report." It is interesting for both the current season and as a historical record to have attendances for each match recorded.
