| Was reading that some of the auction lots had reserves of £10k and needless to say they didn't reach them.
They need all the money they can get, so why do that? It seems like complete lunacy.
Mind you nearly 21k turned up to watch them beat Leeds tonight, that is a hell of a crowd.

| I dont want them to go to the wall. I value all the leagues clubs BUT to see that get their cumuppence after the way they conspired to block us out of the first SL season does give me a quiet sense of ironic satisfaction.

| I do want them to go bust if they deserve to. How can a SL club getting the SKY money go bust if they are sticking to the salary cap? Doesn't say much for the rigour of policing of Super League Clubs' financial controls by those currently in charge at the RFL. No Club should be allowed to finalise a contract with a player unless the RFL signs it off on the basis that the Club has the means to honour the contract. Don't forget, of the £1 million the Bulls owe, I'd bet a big chunk of it is owed to the taxman - i.e. you and me.
If the Bulls go bust, the Bulls will still continue as a club - it's just that they should be relegated to Championship 1 - just like Crusaders last year. The current Bulls players would become free agents with the chance to move to other clubs on a 'free transfer.'

| Apparently they're 20 grand short of their first half million.
The deadline has all of a sudden moved until after the Bank Holiday weekend.
It makes you if they're being played like a fiddle.

| Without doubt in my view fans are being played, anyone know to whom the pledges are being paid to just curious plus I see Caisley demanding Hood should step down, this has a long way to go yet I think.
If as mentioned the wage bill is so high something has to give as apart from last night their home support over last few years have dropped off a bit.
