One of the big rumblings i've heard off fans this year has been about the programme.

It looks like the chairman has taken this on board and is looking at what needs to be done and I'm sure there will be an improvement over the next few home matches.

I don't wish to propogate rumour, things that are said on internet sites have a bad habit of suddenly being passed off as "truth".

But Generally the issues I have heard people discussing are:

- The state of the ground, inside and out, in particular the toilets.
- Lack of communication.
- Making promises that are not kept.
- Apparent lack of marketing.
- Poor programme.
- Lack of respect for volunteers.
- High ambitions but no money.
