Looking at Maponus previous texts they sure have a large lemon in thier oversized gob. Please dont patronise. The club is working for survival and hanging on by its fingertips. There is very little opportunity in this area for sponsorship and the illusive "rich local business person". As for the classroom at Cougar Park we as a family came through the Keighley Cougar Cubs and the Cougar classrom, (Hayley was in love with Nick Pinkney). They are means to funds and a pathway to families coming to Cougar Park for decades. As for belittling the people who work and been on or are on the board there, I dont see many people with thier hands up wanting to take this company on do you?? I am sure the staff, the coach, the board and especially the players are all as frustrated as you are. I can understand the financial restrictions they have to work under. Not sure what you hope to have gained from your comments, the people that post on here are to my knowledge quite intelligent, hadworking people and dont deserve to be patronised by someone like you.

I would come to every match ever week just to see Danny Jones play with the passion and feeling he showed at the end of last thursdays match.


Maybe one day we may dare to dream.

Please stick with your club and your coach and things can only get better yes you did get a grubbing at our place on Thursday but your loyal fans stayed and supported sung and shouted untill the end and your team will appreciate that well done to those fans and good luck for the rest of the season.

I think we need to stop answering and biting to the original poster of this thread. For all of us who know the true identity of the poster we all know their current attiutde towards the club and the people involved there. The poster has a huge part of his shoulder missing now, it used to be a chip but not any longer lol. For all those who have seen full games this season, and not just the last 20 minutes when they can get in without paying they have seen the players and team as a whole improve, yes we still have lots of room to improve, but the players are trying and the commitment they have shown is fab. Its not too long ago since the club lost a lot of players due to bad managment this time they have been loyal and stayed. The players and coaches know what they need to do for the next game, and what needs to happen in training. Our roll as fans and SUPPORTERS is to be there for the rest of the season, cheering the players and being understanding of the whole situation.
