If you look on the york press web site it is on there already, as i have said earlier, i have no axe to grind with the lad it just sickens me that we have this type of thing in our game, with regards to the police, it was reported in Dewsbury where Danny lives and things can't progress until after the outcome of tonights disciplinary at Red Hall.
Barry Eaton as stated that it was Danny who was the aggressor, I understand he has to back his player, but after you see it you will understand why i say that Daley was the aggressor, the video i have has been broken down into 160 frames and clearly shows that Danny as the flat of his hands on Daley's chest when Daley is throwing the initial punch.

No he wasn't but neither was he the aggressor as Mr Eaton as implied in the press.

Maybe words were exchanged before the shove,who knows what ,if anything was said.

I don't quite agree that the police will have to wait for the outcome of the RFL disciplinary procedures before they can take any further action. [size=150If[/size the police are taking any action it is incumbent on the RFL to adjourn their enquiries until the criminal enquiry has taken it's course, otherwise the RFL enquiry and everything said during proceedings etc. becomes evidence and everyone at Red Hall becomes a potential witness. I'm sure that they won't want that. Or maybe they do, it wouldn't surprise me.

If the police get involved with this then then they will have to get involved with an awful lot of players and sports.

The police have to be seen as treating everyone equally!

Its only because York are whingers am not condoning violence but as you rightly say when would it end, remember York are angels.

if danny had broke williams nose and dislocated his jaw then im certain we would of been hit with a worse ban.

and i do hope the police get involved because what williams did was out of order, york supporters arnt moaning or whatever you seem to think, we're just showing our opionon, im sure you would if you was in our situation.

Thats only your opinion, in the same way that it was the "opinion" of many York fans that Williams attacked from behind and broke Ratcliffes jaw - both of which have been shown to be untrue.

I suggest you go and read the RL report, all of it. The "reasons for decision" is key: (I'm not sure if I'm breaking the AUP here, but i've only put a short extract)

There was also an offer from Barry to show another DVD with a different view, but the RL declined. There was also suggestion that some of Ratclffes injury was sustained in an earlier collision, but that could not be proved.

I don't like to see any player injured, but I would not condemn before I knew the facts.
