Superb performance from Mosley,dominated the fight from the start.I thought the ref was a bit slow stopping the fight,he should have stopped it at the end af the 8th round and Margarito is lucky he wasn't seriously hurt with some of the shots he was taking in the last 2 rounds.

I tipped Mosely on points, but I never thought he'd stop him so comprihensivly. People read too much into his win over Cotto IMO. It is impossible to fight every fight fighting how Margarito fights, he simply takes too many shots and Mosley (50 cent) had the power to expose him.
On Mosley, the win just cements his greatness IMO, he's one of the best 3 or 4 fighters of the last 15-20 years.

Indeed. The American media is playing hell about it, one American paper said he should be banned for life. Kind of ironic when you consider Mosley has got off scott free, after actually admitting to being a drugs cheat. |
