| It's an injury he suffered before the PPV, he had surgery on tuesday and is out for 4-6 months, it is not a storyline, it is genuine.

| All this 'he looks big, therefore he is on Roids' is crap.
Let's be serious, Cena has been a bodybuilder for longer than he has been a wrestler (hence why he is crap), it is only natural that he will have a great physique. If anything, he is fatter than he was during his Body Building competition days.
HHH was so obviously on Steroids circa 96 when he debuted in the WWF, although WCW didn't drugs test, so he got away with it until he realised he needed to go clean in the WWF, due to their testing. His physique is impressive now, but he has strimmed down a lot since his mid90s days. I think he looks better today than back then, as he was carrying a lot of water.
Batista is an obvious candidate, and I would have to say his shoulders look far too rounded to be natural.
A dead give away is a fat face; if he had that much muscle mass naturally, his jaw line would be much more dominant (like Cenas), as fat would be naturally lost from his body through cardio work.
Regal has been doing Steroids on and off peroidically since the 80s. Just because he isn't massive doesn't mean he hasn't used them; he obviously needs them because he has had spells in his career where he hasn't trained as often as others and therefore suffere atrophy. It's a bit naive and ignorant to laugh it off and say "he wants his money back".
Funaki is on his last strike, too, isn't he?
How many strikes has Orton had?

It's common practice to take a legit injury and work it into a storyline. They needed a kayfabe reason to keep Batista out of action again and that reason is that Orton has done his arm in.
It also set up the return of the prodigal son-in-law to resume his feud with Orton and his quest to be 100-time World Champion.

| Comprehensive list here (from Wrestlezone.com)
Raw
» Chavo Guerrero is reportedly sitting on two strikes. On August 30, 2007, he was suspended — reportedly for 60 days — for receiving pharmaceuticals
not in compliance with WWE's Talent Wellness Program. He received, among other drugs, somatropin, nandrolone and anastrozole between April 2005 and May 2006. His apparent prior suspension remains unclear.
» Drew Hankinson, a/k/a Festus, is sitting on one strike. In October or November 2006, while in developmental, he was quietly suspended for 30 days for his first violation of the company's drug testing policy.
» Randy Orton is sitting on one strike. In August 2006, he was quietly suspended for 30 days for his first violation of the company's drug testing policy — reportedly due to a drug test failure. Starting in September 2004 through February 2007, Orton received somatropin, nandrolone and stanozolol. In August 2007, company officials reasoned that Orton had already served his punishment due to his drug policy violation from the prior year — thus he was not suspended. However, Orton continued receiving pharmaceuticals through February 2007 — well past the date of his initial drug test failure.
» Darren Matthews, a/k/a William Regal, is sitting on two strikes. On August 30, 2007, he was suspended for 30 days for receiving pharmaceuticals not in compliance with WWE's Talent Wellness Program. Between November 2004 and November 2006, he received stanozolol, somatropin, genotropin, and anastrozole. On May 20, 2008, he was suspended for 60 days for his second violation of the company's drug testing policy.
SmackDown
» Charlie Haas is sitting on one strike. On August 30, 2007, he was suspended for 30 days for receiving pharmaceuticals not in compliance with WWE's Talent Wellness Program. He was prescribed anastrozole, somatropin, stanozolol, nandrolone and chorionic gonadotropin between August 2006 and January 2007.
» Nick Nemeth, a/k/a Dolph Ziggler, is sitting on one strike. On October 10, 2008, he was suspended for 30 days for his first violation of the company's drug resting policy.
» Adam Copeland, a/k/a Edge, is sitting on one strike. On August 30, 2007, he was suspended for 30 days for receiving pharmaceuticals not in compliance with WWE's Talent Wellness Program. He received somatropin, genotropin (both HGH), and stanozolol between September 2004 and February 2007.
» Jeff Hardy is sitting on two strikes. In July 2007, he was quietly suspended for 30 days for his first violation of the company's drug testing policy. On March 11, 2008, he was suspended for 60 days for his second violation of the company's drug testing policy.
» James Yun, a/k/a Jimmy Wang Yang, is sitting on one strike. On June 9, 2008, he was suspended for 30 days for his first violation of the company's drug testing policy.
» John Hennigan, a/k/a John Morrison, is sitting on one strike. On August 30, 2007, he was suspended for 30 days for receiving pharmaceuticals not in compliance with WWE's Talent Wellness Program. Between June 2006 and February 2007 he was prescribed somatropin, anastrozole, testosterone, stanozolol and chorionic gonadotropin, a hormone produced naturally during pregnancy. (HCG is taken by anabolic steroid users to stimulate the production of testosterone, which is suppressed as a result of steroid use.)
» Shoichi Funaki, a/k/a Kung Fu Naki, is sitting on one strike. On August 30, 2007, he was suspended for 30 days for receiving pharmaceuticals not in compliance with WWE's Talent Wellness Program. He received somatropin in March 2006.
ECW

| With WWE there are all these drug problems due to wrestlers wanting to gain a place on a main show if in developmental, to move up the card if they have a spot, or to keep on top if they are there.
Then there's the schedule of being on the road over 300 days a year and not having recovery time. So they get all these painkillers and don't properly recover as they worry about being fired.

He was going to be 47 this Thursday, he took the suplex fine but his heart stopped beating afterwards.
Such a shame, may he rest in peace.

| From The Wrestling Observer
Mitsuharu Misawa, one of the greatest pro wrestlers of all-time, was declared dead at 10:10 p.m. Saturday night at a hospital in Hiroshima after being dropped on his head in a tag team title match.
Misawa would have turned 47 on June 18th.
Misawa & Go Shiozaki were challening Bison Smith & Akitoshi Saito for the GHC tag team championship in Hiroshima and Misawa was dropped on his head at about 8:45 p.m. and knocked unconscious.
According to eye witness reports, Saito gave Misawa a "routine" back suplex that was described as a "7" in danger on a scale of one-to-ten. He did not get up. It was chaos in the ring as they attempted to revive him using CPR and the crowd was hushed for a while, and began a "Misawa" chant. He turned purple in the ring and was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance.
The wrestlers were told on the bus that he had passed away.
While it is being reported that he passed away at the hospital, he may have actually passed away in the ring.
