Comparing turning point. this weeks Impact & smackdown, to be honest the smackdown matches were a much higher standard.
What the difference was, was the commentary where Tenay & Taz loved what they were saying & put over some good matches. Striker & Cole were flat, unanimated & more concerned with pluging themselves & the PPV rather than selling the talent. Something TNA does really well.
Plus having the crown vitrually on top of the action & very vocal gave it a great atmoshpere.

Think it just goes to show the power HHH has in the WWE now. Can remember HHH saying that he can see a young HHH in Sheamus and has become a sort of mentor and training partner with him. I think Sheamus is a fantastic prospect in the WWE but just hope they haven't pushed him to quick.

Sheamus is a very smart man. He basically works out with and carries HHH's bags everywhere and gets a title shot within 6 months in WWE, dispite none of the crowd caring less about him.
Just goes to show what stroke HHH has backstage.
He'll lose to Cena inside of 10 minutes and go back to where he belongs.

I thought SS was quite a good PPV in terms of building for the future. It gave decent pushes to several of the younger guys, especially kingston

It wasn't as good on a second watch due to a number of things.
1. Wolfe's finishers have been shat on already with Angle kicking out of them both.
2. Why was Wolfe made to job?
3. Why did he tap so quickly?
I get the feeling that they're holding back for something special, which I hope comes at the next PPV in front of a better crowd who dont chant "This is wrestling" after a headlock. |

Punk brought him out under a new name and claimed his previous state was because of drug abuse, then during Punk's match with Matt Hardy, Festus attacked Hardy and they beat him down.
Kane appears to be face now too, looks like the BoD could be back properly
