Liverpool deserved to win, Carragher should have got straight red, as should have Vidic, but he gave them both yellow, which although wrong is consistent. Lucas should have been booked for an accumulation of fouls, not enough for a red though.

So what?

Owen's a ur and he joined our biggest rivals. Regardless of us offering him a deal, one of our ex-players, one of our ex-favourites, joined Man Utd, our biggest rivals. That reason alone is enough to give him the grief he got.

Carragher should have gone as well. Liverpool much the better side, Benayoun was m.o.m by a mile, apart from the goal Torres spent half his time rolling around and whinging, although his goal showed why he's the best in the world. Andre Marriner put out the worst refereeing performance I've ever seen, how Lucas didn;t get booked was beyond me, totally out of his depth.

He gets nervous against Liverpool now cause Torres is the worlds best stricker and got his first booking against Torres. the second against Kuyt.

i dont think he needed to make the foul the pitch was slick and the ball might have run far enough for Evra to get across to it.

Oh what a different side Man Utd look when not given the time on the ball and space. Liverpool were fantastic today and i think 1-11 & the 2 subs each played their part. Torres one chance, one goal, sign of being in the best in the world. Mascherano & Lucas i think won us the game, they didn't give Carrick and Scholes enough time on the ball for the to be effective, Agger & Carra looked solid for one of the 1st times this year. Maybe Carra should've walked, but Marriner played fair and booked Carra and gave Vidic the second yellow. I think Vidic's was far worse because he was well and truly the last man, where as Owen was going away from goal and wouldn't have got a shot away, just squared the ball across the box. Fergie got his 'added' extra time again and didn't produce something in it.
