Yeah pretty much. A better example to use would be one with a whole number.
Arizona -9 at the Rams.
You pick Arizona if you think they'll win by 10 or more or pick the Rams if you think Arizona will win by less than 9 or that the Rams will win.
If the spread is 9 exactly then it's called a 'push' I think - and neither person gets it as a correct pick. |

Played my 2nd game of the BUAFL season today, away at Leeds Celtics, lost 19-13 after double overtime. It was one of those real gut wrenchers, as we'd dominated them for most of the game tbh. |
