England Football team dont win World Cup they are chokers, Henman doesn't win Wimbledon hes a choker, Cricket team don't win the ashes they are chokers....you get the picture, if your British/English and your not the best your a choker

Quite annoying when most of the criticism comes from people who have achieved nothing themselves.

Chances are the same will happen to Murray in a few years unless he wins something big...

It's not a major tournament, no. There are 4 majors and Monty's won precisely 0 of them.

As for Wimbledon, it's weird watching centre court with no roof on.

Monty's not even won the "5th Major"!

While not being one of the 4 majors it is a 'big' tournament in the golfing world, which was my original if poorly phrased post.

And the Paris event Tim has won, once, is one of the Masters Series that are considered big events within the tennis world.

I don't think he's a great player, but if you think about the other dross we've had to put up with over the years, such as Jeremy Bates, then Henman has had a decent career.

Could it have been better, probably, but he's hardly been a duffer.

People who call Henman a 'loser' or a 'choker' etc clearly know nothing about tennis, and i'd suggest sport in general.

He's consistently been at the top of his profession for a good ten years, and in many ways been an excellent ambassador for the country and his sport.He's travelled the world doing something he enjoys, and has made a lot of money in the process. If he's a loser, can i be one too please?
