Tonights Speedway


Lakeside looked well off the pace in last weeks draw and lost badly at Eastbourne on Saturday. Lee Richardson is in great form but he alone seems to be carrying the rest Coventry at home are still decent.

I was expecting quotes of Lakeside +9 or so.

Coventry -4 looks great with SkyBet.

Just hope it's not rained off

Well its raining here at the moment, but its only spitting.

They tend to get it on if its a live Sky meeting...just do not want it too sloppy as it will lose Cov's home advantage a touch.

It's a good job Taylor boycotted the last few legs to keep the game going a bit then

BTW I would never do anyone to win so many heats when they will happily settle for second if a team mate is ahead of them.

SkyBet do total points betting for individual riders and that is a better way to go (though of course not so generous odds much better chance of winning on).

No missed out on that one mate decided not to go for it in the end wasn't sure...


I went small stakes on Kennett to win his 4 heats @ (14/1) not including Heat 15, Shame his own team mate beat him!...

Thats the way it goes if you get to the corner first as long as you hold the line your team mate will let you go on and win and his job is basically to stall the opponents behind.

No tips for Goodwood this week boys? Up the Cats has been on fire recently and thought there would be a few decent tips nocking about by now!
