Yeah, her and Fergie are directors of a company that United paid last year. IIRC there's a company called "Michael Carrick Ltd" that received a fair bit of cash too. I think it was the [iNOTW[/i that revealed it, and then got refused entry to Carrington by Gill the week after. I'll try get a link.

When did football fans become women? After what I read earlier about Gallas' challenge last night I thought he'd dived in from miles away with no chance of the ball, I've just seen it and it was nothing of the sort.

If Gallas had been quicker than Davies and nicked the ball away then he'd have been the one injured, it was a 50/50 ball both players were entitled to go for it and Davies suffered because he won it, yes it should have been a free-kick, and maybe a yellow card, but that's all - the reaction is ridiculous.

Its a bit of a non story - its a £257m turnover company - I see David Gill has had a hefty pay rise over the last couple of year though, which rankles a bit when non essential staff aren't getting their free toast anymore.
