Not really been impressed with Smackdown so far considering how good Raw was (even prior to The Rock coming back)

So can someone tell me whats happening with Edge? My 4 year old is devastated about it, he's his favourite at the moment.

He's still at that 'believes in Santa' stage so doesn't know it's all scripted. I'd like to reassure him Edge is still the champion and that he actually will see him wrestle again. But I don't know if he's gone now, possibly for an acting career or just leaving?

Just got round to watching The Rock's return, absolutely loved it especially him ripping Cole and Cena to pieces. Him having the crowd in the palm of his hand, and they were so loud.

I'd watched wrestling before 1996, but I think that's when I really got into it due to the great characters and wrestlers that were coming through.

well i asked my ten year old he's not gone, i know he's planning on retiring at some point in the near future though. next couple of years at least.

Whether he's the champion, who knows, you'll just have to wait to see what happens at the fantastic, the vicious, the excruciating the violent....sorry, i mean pg elimination chamber.

Well, last night's SD say Edge get striped of the World Title and fired by Vicky Guerrero. He was then re-hired by the returning Teddy Long and beat Ziggler to regain the World Title. So he goes into Sunday's PPV as champ.

In regards to him retiring, it's sort of up in the air.

The last book was written before he died, the second after, Jericho's opinion on Benoit had obviously changed between the books, and you can definatley tell that. I think those little sentences after he mentions a good benoit match is general frustration that some awesome matches will never see light of day due to a couple of days of insanity.

Was it only me that noticed that half way through the Matt Hardy AJ styles match that AJ had changed clothes ?

Cena v The Miz

at Mania.

Bit underwhelming to be honest, especially considering we all know we're going to see another Cena superman act as he squashes The Miz in about 10 minutes!

Or, perhaps we have Rock turn on Cena and help Miz win. Personally, I'd hate that for two reasons;

1. It'd probably hurt Miz more in the long run as people would be more focus'd on The Rock rather than the WWE champ.
2. The longer Miz is champ, the longer Cole keeps going with this manlove thing, and the more I feel this need to go to Michael Cole's house and pull out his vocal cords and beat him to death with them.

don't rule out christian being inserted into the WHC match at this point.

Either that or setting up for a feud after Del Rio wins at WM.
