Not the right decision at all IMO, Trips has a couple years left in him and should feud with Sheamus, you can involve Nash in that as well potentially.

On the other hand, if he was planning on retiring anyway, it's a good move to have HHH at WM. The older generation of fans that actually know what is going on will know that if there are any guys who would have the cheek to break Taker's streak, it is HHH.

Smackdown this week will have a spot opened up in the SD elimination chamber match as someone who was in the match and currently feuding over the belt gets fired.

Just watched the latest 21 2 11 video on a video sharing website. Taker is shown clearly in it, but there is a mystery second or third man in it too. I can't believe that it'd only be Taker after that final vid.

Possible scenarios: HHH and maybe HBK are returning to face Taker and I think that the raw GM might be Stephanie.

The second man is Sting and he will facer Taker at Mania, or tag with him against Nexus.

Y2J is returning to face Taker, though I think that is more unlikely with the release of his book, I'm sure he'd prefer to promote that away from a full-time schedule?

Any other ideas?

The Rock's return was spine tingling. I haven't really followed wrestling for a while but this got me excited about watching the WWE again. I don't really know what to expect from the Rock, I hope it's not a one off thing, but fear it will be just to hype the event.

I haven't watched WWE in years really, but keep an eye on this thread etc when the PPV's are on - but am gutted to have missed the return of The Rock - gonna have to Sky+ the repeat this week, would have preferred to have seen it live though. There is no one, before or since, to do what The Rock did, in the ring or on the mic, and excite the fans - even now, all he did was host, and the hype around him is just electric.

Ditto here, not watched it for years but had to watch that on the video site that we must never speak of. I may actually watch an episode now.

I would say that when Steve Austin was at his peak with him up against McMahon was as good and as electric as anything the Rock has done in the WWE.
