Excellent fight!
Well impressed with Froch, obviously you'd like to see him tighten his defence up a bit, but he proved he has an excellent chin tonight along with his strength and power.
Was also impressed at how well he came through the Championship rounds, and how fresh he was looking just after the bell, I still think he had quite a bit left in the tank, so his stamina can't be questioned either.
Overall a great performance I thought.

Still waiting to watch the replay of the fight but from what I have read a Hatton - Pacquiao bout sounds like it could be a belter.
Just watching Audley Harrison and some geezer from Ireland, how on earth did anybody ever rate Harrison ? The guy is so bad its untrue.

Mouthwatering prospect now. I'd have Pacquaio as the slight favourite for it, but I think Ricky could do the job. He'd certainly be tougher than a past it and weight drained De La Hoya. Fight it at 140lbs and we'll get a fight and half.
I've not seen the fight from last night, but by all accounts Pacquaio was immense last night. De La Hoya's face was a state. |
