After every great QB they say nobody will be as good. They would have said that about Bart Star, about Joe Montana, Steve Young, Dan Marino, Favre etc.'"
But that also means that Matt Cassel and Kyle Orton could be as good as Brady the same as every other QB in the league!!!

The difference being that alot of those QBs can win a game almost single handedly, Rodgers is yet to display this quality. Going on the road against a very bad team and getting outplayed by a rookie making his first NFL start isnt impressive.

I hope not and havent heard anyone linking him with us!!
No one will pick him up of waivers anyway for the amount he would be owed so he will have to wait until someone gets hurt on another team IMO.
I can see him landing somewhere like the Jets TBH with the injury to Washington

| Its the type of player that Bellichick likes to try and reform if you get what I mean.

True but I think we have too many RBs as it is especially when Fred Taylor gets himself fit if he doesnt I would release him, I hope we draft a RB next year but I cant see it especially not in the early rounds...

Not a surprise but he'll now not reach the yards he needed to be the all time rusher for the Chiefs. He was good though.

| I'm going to start looking at college footballs prospects earlier this year. Suprised how low you rate Bradford, Conroy. He's the QB that has got my attention. Seen a few mocks with Clausen going first though. I'm dreaming that Taylor Mays ends up at the Chargrers.

Although I've not watched much college ball this year, I think Bradford's stock was hurt due to injury. From what I've gathered, Bradford is the most talented QB that will enter the draft but teams might not be willing to take a chance on him. As long as the Rams don't make some bonehead pick and take Tebow, I'll be happy if we get hold of Clausen, Locker or Braford come April because although I don't like to admit it Bulger is done which is a shame because I've always been a big fan of his.

Bradford is good, second only to Tebow at the college level but as an NFL QB i'd rate him as 4th in draft prospects (but probably will go as 5th QB).
Clausen will be the top QB. He has shown great progression and is the most NFL ready.
Locker is also very good and polished.
McCoy and Bradford are close at 3rd and 4th. They could be good but equally they could be Brian Brohm. Problems with these, particularly McCoy, is the system and accuracy.
I think the QB's will go in this order.
1st- Clausen
2nd- Locker
3rd- Tebow
4th- McCoy
5th- Bradford
Hopefully we can get the top tackle. Infact we need to draft O-Line in every round. Okung would be a dream pick, but more likely Bulaga. I wish we'd have drafted Michael Oher so much. Either that or trade for Joe Thomas.

No. You have to show potential. Rodgers has shown he can potentially be an excellent QB. Cassell and Orton haven't.
5 Worst Starting QB's
1st (worst)- Jamarcus Russell
2nd- Marc Bulger
3rd- Matt Cassell
4th- Derek Anderson/Brady Quinn
5th- Chad Henne

Cassel has led a team to a winning season, Rodgers hasn't. He took a team that was in the NFC championship game to a 5-11 record(I think)...great work
