I watched the game last night online and Kane just seems to get better and better,he's turning in to the go to guy more than toews.I'd watch out for the Canucks come playoff time,after the Hawks game i watched them easily beat the Flames in Calgary.

Just watched Boston beat Philly in this years winter clasic in Fenway park.I still think it looks strange playing in a baseball stadium as last year did.Part of the fans are 20 feet away while others are 150+ feet away.It looks much better played in a football stadium like it was in Buffalo a couple of years ago.

The Hawks carry with good solid play taking down the Ducks 5-2 with Anti Niemi having another good game between the pipes.

Hawks pick up another win in Minnesota downing the Wild 4-1. Hossa having a 2 goal game for the second game running.

This win takes the Hawks 2pts clear of the Sharks & Devils in the race for the Presidents Trophy

The Hawks train continues to roll with another strong game beating the Bruins 5-2. Hawks scored 5 unanswered goals after going 2 nil down in Boston. Hawks offence looks to be getting better every game, Kane still on his scoring streak and the team defence snuffing out Boston in the 2nd & 3rd period.

Hope they dont peak too soon, this 5th straight win takes them back to a 2pt lead in the overall standings over the Sharks

The only thing that can stop them at the moment is the olympic break.Hopefully they can pick it up again when the olympics are over.

The Hawks slipped up last night as they had a 5-1 lead going into the 3rd period but lost 6-5 in the shootout to the Wild with Huet letting 5 goals in from only 21 shots.Maybe this is a wake up call for the Hawks that you have to play all 60 mins to win in the NHL.
