I can't see us challenging for promotion unless we bring in a few decent players, which we haven't done since Allen left.

Stockport look the best option to me, Gannon is building a decent team there. Rochdale could be worth a sneaky fiver too if they can keep their first choice forward line fit.

Chester at 33/1? Probably a fair reflection of where we are at right now.

Just spotted this thread, was about to set one up myself. Now i've just checked who else is in our division, so I know what we're up against (honestly, I couldn't have named more than 10 of them off the top of my head). Looking forward to the new season, especially after reading some of McCall's recent interviews, hopefully I'll be getting my season ticket in the near future for the first time since we were in the Premiership (If I get the flat i'm after in Shipley it's a definite). At those prices everyone should be considering it, it's a great gesture by the club.

Totally agree, the whole place seems to have a major feelgood factor going on. I really hope it's reflected in attendances and in turn performances on the pitch.

I was on the official message board earlier (only out of curiosity, I don't actually use it!) and some clown has pledged NOT to buy a season ticket because he doesn't like what Mark Lawn has said about buying a seat nearer the pitch
